At the helm of Seaforth Restaurant is Executive Head Chef Andrew Green, whose menus blend modern creativity with subtle nods to Liverpool’s historic ties to land and sea. Each dish is thoughtfully crafted using the finest seasonal and locally sourced produce, offering guests a sustainable yet premium dining experience that celebrates both tradition and innovation.
With nearly two decades of experience leading some of the North West’s most iconic hotels and restaurants – including The Lowry Hotel, IHG Indigo (Ducie Street Warehouse), and Champneys Mottram Hall – Andrew brings passion, precision, and artistry to every plate.
Alongside his exquisite à la carte and dessert creations, Chef Andrew has also designed the Time to Dine menu, available from 12pm – 6pm, where guests can enjoy two courses for £29 or three courses for £35.
